COMPLAINTS

At VP Building Surveying we strive to provide a professional and competent service.  Where a client feels that the appropriate service level has not been satisfied please email info@vpbuildingsurveying.com.au with the following details:

- Project and Scope of Service agreed to for VP Building Surveying.

- The nature of your complaint and any expectations and time frame for resolution.  

- Any attachments.

- Your contact details.

VP Building Surveying will respond in the first instance within 48 hours to acknowledge receipt.  Following which the matter will be reviewed and responded to personally with the appropriate action.  

VP Building Surveying may also contact you direct to discuss the matter, nature of your complaint and method of resolution.
